Work at height is a non-negotiable standard before every MTES job. This in-house course covers equipment checks, harness fit, anchor choice, movement on roofs and elevated structures, and team communication when site conditions change.
All photos are from real internal sessions—evidence that crews are prepared before they go up, and a shared standard for new technicians joining site teams.
